Cancellations

As our services are primarily B2B and contract-based, cancellation terms are governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) or contract signed at the time of engagement.

Refunds

Refunds for software subscriptions or consulting services will be processed based on the terms outlined in your specific agreement. In general:

  • SaaS Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time; refunds for partial months or unused annual terms are not provided unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
  • Consulting Services: Refunds for services yet to be rendered may be eligible, minus any administrative costs already incurred, subject to your contract terms.
